Add is well aware that humans wouldn't have this ability- there's no evolutionary need for it, and their species is thriving just fine- but DRAGONS on the other hand...they're magic. They, in theory, could break the laws of physics more than they have already, if they want to.

To put it simply...yes. We can. But the clutch from a male dragon is going to be considerably smaller than from a female- maybe one or two eggs compared to four, even five hatchlings- and the chance of the eggs being at all viable is a near 0.01%, if that.
