Add ponders for a moment not pressing further. It's not like he needs to know, they barely know each other (despite the fact Ain jerked him off yesterday, no need to dwell on that), and he doubts Ain wants to talk about it anyway.

But...Add can't help himself. His curiosity is just too great.]

...I dunno. Die sad and lonely, I guess? I think I told you this, but I hate doing politics too. I'm sure I would've lived the rest of my life in total misery. Maybe I would've gone through with a suicide attempt at some point, I don't know. I didn't get that far into my thoughts. I think I was delaying the inevitable by not bothering to think of anything other than what was keeping me sane at the time.

[That is...extremely depressing, to the point where Add actually isn't sure how to respond at first. It's perfect timing, then, that Wolfwood ends up stirring finally thanks to the fact they've been talking a while, shifting and stretching his legs out around Ain with the biggest yawn imaginable. Hope you like dragon breath, Ain, it smells like smoke.]

Why'd ya'll let me sleep so late...

It's not our job to wake you up. It's also not our fault you can't wake up with the sun like a normal dragon.

We haven't been awake that long. At least, I haven't. [Sneezes.] 'Scuse me. Anyway, I don't wake with the sun either~. I prefer to get twelve hours of sleep, personally.

[Add huffs, getting to his feet now that Wolfwood is awake.]

[Why does it seem like the brain cells in the room went down by 80% the moment Ain got here...]

I'm going to stake out some trade routes to see if I can find a caravan to pillage. Ain needs medicine.

Huh? He looks fine to me...

Until we wake up one morning and he can't move because he has pneumonia and his lungs are full of fluid.

[Add is already walking to the cave mouth, stretching open his wings as he goes.]

Watch him while I'm gone.

[And without giving Wolfwood time to argue, Add flies off. Byeeeee.

Wolfwood, meanwhile, huffs and flops back over again.]

I hate when he does that.

Aww, I think he's just worried... it's sweet of him. I'll be okay, though, I promise. It's just a cold now. [Sneezes :) coughs.] ...see?

[He leans on Wolfwood.]

You're warm, so I feel a lot better than I did the first night I was here.

[The dragon sighs, rolling his eyes as he feels Ain leaning into his stomach. It prompts him to look down at Ain, curling one of his clawed feet around his back.

Hey. Now that fussing egghead is out, wanna do somethin' fun?

Fun how? I wanna do something fun, but if it's too strenuous, I think he'll kill me if he finds out, haha.

[Wolfwood streeetches again, this time rolling further onto his side so he's in easier reach.]

We spent all that time pokin' and proddin' you yesterday, I figure it's only fair you get an up close look at a dragon yourself. How about it?

[Ooh...]

Oh, yeah, I haven't gotten to see you much as a dragon. Can I start with your paws???

[Ain scoot scoot scoots across the bedding to get to Wolfwood's forepaw and patpats a finger before the claw, then pushes on it like he wants Wolfwood to roll it over for him.]

You have paw pads, like kitties and puppies do. [And he squishes one. Does it tickle?]

[At Ain's urging, Wolfwood turns his paw over on its back so Ain has full access to the Beans(tm). And sure enough he does have them, padded beans on each toe and palm. They're very soft, very squishy, very LARGE. His claws do not retract like a cat's- because he's a dragon- but when he curls his fingers they do curl in towards his palm like a cat's paw might.

These dragons are very catlike, as it turns out.]

Heheh. [And yes, they do tickle.] S'that so? I've never seen one.

Oh, really? They're so cute. Have you seen wolves? Dogs are like that, but smaller and dopey.

[Squish, squish... how big are Wolfood's claws compared to Ain? He pats a hand against one as if wondering if the texture is different from human nails.

I've seen 'em, yeah. So you guys keep wolves as pets?

[Dogs...dogs are like wolves, Wolfwood, they're not ACTUALLY wolves

Wolfwood's claws are, as to be expected, pretty damn huge. Like, one of his claws is about the length of Ain's entire thigh, to put things into perspective. They're fuckin' HUGE man. But despite their size, and the fact they're sharp enough to tear something apart with the slightest brush, he's being very gentle with his feet currently while Ain plays with them, keeping his foot relaxed so Ain doesn't have to worry about getting his head sliced off.]

Dragons are soft on the underside, usually. That's what they don't want you to know.

Most creatures are. And no, wolves aren't pets, but dogs are. Dogs are docile and nice, at least if they're not pissed off at someone. Wolves aren't domesticated.

[Squeeeesh him paw... and then Ain will let that go for now, turning to Wolfwood's belly and giving it big scritches like he would with an actual dog.]

[Oh. Oooooh, oh no.

Just like that, Wolfwood is melting. He's melted. He's become flat while Ain scritches his belly, his legs stretching out as he groans, a sound like a massive whale moaning in the cave.]

Oooh yeah...that's nice...

[Hang on he's just going to stretch out a little more...and then he's just rolling over onto his back entirely, please to be rubbing his belly.]

He just tells me I need t'lay off the portions, but I can't help it...food's so damn good....

Kisses Wolfwood on the belly... he's not sure why he's compelled to do this, but it's too late and now he's flustered himself about it. Oops.]

[Ain... tries to crawl onto Wolfwood's belly, you know, to lay on him. Naked. His butt has been exposed to the cold air keep him warm pls]

[Oh, kiss...Wolfwood barely feels it on account of being so fucking big, but he DOES feel Ain trying to crawl up on him, which does prompt him to look down and lift his head off the floor for a minute.]

[Ain you canNOT be climbing when you're injured, do you want Add to kill him-

He'll take his paw and carefully scoop it under Ain, helping him get up so he isn't having to exert himself too much.]

There. That better? Also I've always been this cute.

[He wants to be tall!!! He sits up on Wolfwood's tummy and scoots closer until he can get to his muzzle. Then he starts poking at his lips.

Brave boy, this one.]

Haha, yeah. Can I see your teeth??

I didn't get to look at them last time because you were being scary with them~.

[Incredibly brave, considering the fact that yes this dragon nearly ate you like 48 hours ago. Right now though, he may as well be as docile as a dog as Ain puts his hands on his mouth, again so small he can barely feel them.

Since Wolfwood is speaking to him telepathically, he's able to answer even as he opens up his mouth, his blue tongue lolling from his jaws a bit as he keeps it held open.]

Sure, sure...like this?

[Like his claws, they are fucking big. Big, and sharp. A single tooth is, again, about half the length of Ain's body in this form.]

Oh, your tongue's blue! Is it blue when you're a human man too? I missed that, I think, haha.

[He reaches INTO WOLFWOOD'S MOUTH and touches one of his long fangs. Why would you do this.

And then he reaches out for Wolfwood's tongue and slaps his hand down on it to feel the texture. Is it rough? Smooth??

This is real science. What they did last night was horny science, now Ain is doing real science and sitting down on Wolfwood's chest while he essentially gives him a dental exam.]

[Wolfwood is, like. Incredibly amused by Ain's boldness, here. Would you call this sort of thing bravery, or stupidity? He's not sure, but it's not like he's going to stop him. He just rumbles a laugh, the vibration carrying through Ain's body as he's careful to stay as still as he can while Ain is feeling around in his mouth.]

Yeah, though it's kinda darker I think? So I don't blame you.

[It's not something he really thinks about all that much, it just Is what it Is. Meanwhile, he's exhaling through his nose so Ain isn't getting blasted with his dragon breath, all while he feels the texture of his tongue which- as it turns out- is smooth in one direction and rough in the other. So kindof like a cat's, but also not???]

Your tongue is so weird...

[He smooths his hand across it one way, then back the other way. It reminds him of those ugly-ass couch pillows that his mom likes to collect, the ones that are rough when rubbed one way and soft when rubbed the other, but are generally miserable to use as an actual pillow.

Then he giggles, and pulls his arm free and wipes the saliva off on Wolfwood's neck.]

Why do you think Add uses his to lick himself so much?

[They don't have fur to groom, but they do still get dirty, and Add cannot STAND being anything less than mostly clean. He will undoubtedly either groom, or bathe, when he comes back. Probably both actually.

When Ain finishes his mouth exploration, Wolfwood will oblige by turning his head and peering at Ain with one giant eye, easily the size of a dinner plate he'd use at the castle. It's a vibrant blue with yellow sclera that make it stand out even more, the pupil slit yet constantly dilating and contracting as he tries to focus on the little human so close to his face.]
